Calling all artists PDF Print E-mail

Tuesday, 02 March 2010
The Art Galley of Regina is hosting a professional development workshop aimed at people with a commitment and/or desire to make Art. As an artist, once you are beyond basic skill building, it is necessary to become self-directed and to know how to evaluate your work. Each participant will bring five completed pieces of work (preferably on a related theme) and have given some thought to what you like about them and why. We will begin by focussing on 'YOU and your work' and will help you determine your personal criteria and the direction in which you want your art to move. Then we will look at 'YOU and your audience.'

The workshop - Marching to Your Own Drum: A Professional Development Workshop for Artists - is led by Martha Cole and takes place April 16-18. For details, click on 'read more.'
