On November 24, the Cathedral Area Community Association hosted the Cathedral Catalyst Conversation. It was an opportunity for residents to get more information about the city’s plans for five Catalyst Projects: a new indoor aquatic centre to replace Lawson Aquatic Centre, a new multipurpose arena facility to replace the Brandt Centre, a modernization of the Central Library, a new artificial turf outdoor soccer field and a new baseball facility.
Ward 3 Councillor Andrew Stevens was on hand to answer questions.
The Cathedral Area Community Association has gathered up all the comments we received from the event participants and compiled them into a report. We have passed it on to the Catalyst Committee and to city council.
